Minister and undersecretaries meet with ambassadors of Asia and Oceania in Chile

Foreign Affairs Minister Alberto van Klaveren, together with the undersecretary of Foreign Affairs, Gloria de la Fuente, and the undersecretary of International Economic Relations, Claudia Sanhueza, met today with the ambassadors of Asia and Oceania accredited to our country.
The meeting aimed to discuss various issues such as trade integration, the opportunities that Chile offers regarding the development of green hydrogen, as well as the projection of our country on the lithium industry, where we are the second largest producer worldwide, a mineral that contributes to solutions such as electromobility and energy transformation.
The meeting was attended by representatives from China, Philippines, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Republic of Korea and New Zealand.
