The Government of Chile congratulates the winner of Paraguay's presidential elections

The Government of Chile congratulates the candidate Mr. Mario Abdo Benítez on his electoral victory today.

These congratulations are extended to the Government and the Paraguayan people for the total normality and civic character that characterized this election day.

The Government of Chile looks forward to the success of the next Paraguayan Government and to the continued strengthening of the excellent ties that unite the two countries.
