Among the issues to be addressed will be the situation of democracy and human rights in the region. Ways will also be explored to deepen economic exchange and discuss an economic cooperation agreement.

In 2017, bilateral trade reached US$ 124 million, up 33.3% from 2016. Exports amounted to US$ 111 million, an increase of 44%. On the other hand, imports reached US$ 14 million, contracting by 12.5%.
