Foreign Minister Heraldo Muñoz meets with the agents of the Obligation to Negotiate case before the International Court of Justice

Foreign Minister Heraldo Muñoz held a working meeting today with the Obligation to Negotiate case agent, Claudio Grossman, the co-agent of the case, Alfonso Silva and counselors Alberto van Klaveren and Carolina Valdivia.

During the meeting, the Chilean legal team informed the Secretary of State about the meeting held on Monday, January 22 in Paris with the team of international lawyers representing our country.

At the end of the meeting, the Chancellor said: "We are very well prepared, very confident and very calm. Our legal arguments have been impeccable and consistent over time".

Furthermore, the Minister confirmed that on the 20th of February a new meeting will be held with national and international lawyers in the context of the preparation of oral arguments for the case, to which the new appointed Foreign Minister, Roberto Ampuero, was also summoned.
