Chancellor Ampuero meets with Juan Carlos Latorre

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Roberto Ampuero, met today with Juan Carlos Latorre, President of the Christian Democrat Organization of America.

During the meeting, they talked about the state of democracy and human rights in the region giving special emphasis to the crisis that is currently affecting Venezuela and the situation in Nicaragua.
