President received Ibero- American Secretary General of SEGIB
The President of Chile, Michelle Bachelet, accompanied by Foreign Minister Heraldo Muñoz, received Ibero- American Secretary General Rebeca Grynspan. The Ibero -American Secretariat General (SEGIB), composed of 22 Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries in the Americas and Europe, is a permanent organ for the provision of institutional and technical support to the Ibero-American Conference. This meeting is part of the visits that Grynspan is making to the organization's member States.
Rebeca Grynspan assumed her duties on March 28 this year, replacing Enrique V. Iglesias who was the first Ibero-American Secretary General since the creation of SEGIB in 2005.
