Regarding the disruptions of the democratic process in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, we consider necessary to persist in an organized way out by all Venezuelan actors to benefit the people of this fellow country.

The dialogue should be held respecting the following:

  1. The liberation of political prisoners and the cessation of arbitrary imprisonments, and further trial of civilians before non-civilian courts.
  2. The cessation of all violence and the unrestricted respect for human rights.
  3. The complete reestablishment of the constitutional order, including the restitution of the National Assembly's powers and respect to the separation of powers.
  4. The cessation of a call for a National Constituent Assembly in the terms it has been intended.
  5. The establishment of an electoral schedule, including regional, local, and presidential elections, according to the constitutional norms of Venezuela and in the company of international and independent observers.
  6. The opening of a humanitarian channel to contribute with food and medication to alleviate the emergency situation lived by the Venezuelan people.
  7. The creation of a group and/or another facilitation mechanism able to accompany the new process of effective dialogue in Venezuela, and willing to help in goals and tasks.
