Government of Chile condemns terrorist attack in Barcelona
The Government of Chile condemns in the most energetic terms the terrorist attack which took place today in Barcelona, resulting in fatalities and many injured.
In addition, it extends its condolences and solidarity to the Catalan people, the Spanish Government and, in particular, the families of the victims.
In front of this new act of irrational violence, the Government of Chile renews its rejection to any manifestation of terrorism and its firm conviction regarding the need to continue strengthening the cooperation amongst the States to face together this global threat.
