The Government of Chile expresses its sternest condemnation to the attack occurred last night in the city of Manchester, United Kingdom, which resulted in the death of at least 19 people and dozens of injured, according to authorities.

Chile also extends its condolences and solidarity to the Government of Great Britain and its people, especially to the families of the victims.

Against this new act of violence, the Government of Chile reaffirms its rejection of terrorism in any form and reinforces the importance of strengthening cooperation between States to fight against these threats.
